We are a retailer specializing in genuine OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts for Ferrari, Maserati, and other European vehicles, based in Japan and shipping internationally.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms are governed by applicable consumer protection laws, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights) and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) where applicable.
3. Products & Compatibility
- All products are described as accurately as possible, including part numbers, compatibility, and specifications.
- It is the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility with their specific vehicle (make, model, year, and chassis number) before ordering.
- If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before purchasing via our contact form.
- We are not liable for parts ordered without compatibility verification.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in the currency of your market (JPY / EUR).
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
- EU customers: prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store payment card data.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.
5. Order Processing & Availability
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, Japan Standard Time).
- Some items are made-to-order or sourced on request — estimated lead times are indicated on the product page.
- In the event that an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- International shipping is available to EU/EEA countries.
- Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. For damaged or lost shipments, please contact us immediately.
7. EU Consumer Rights
If you are based in the EU/EEA, you benefit from mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived:
- 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy for full details and exceptions)
- 2-year statutory guarantee against defective goods (EU Directive 2019/771)
- Right to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund for non-conforming goods
These rights apply in addition to any other rights described in these Terms.
8. Limitations of Liability
- We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or use of parts in applications other than those specified.
- We are not liable for consequential damages such as labor costs, oil, or other fluids incurred during installation or removal.
- Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item.
- Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product descriptions, images, and branding — is the property of Italy Car Parts or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
- EU customers: you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence.
- For out-of-court dispute resolution, EU customers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
