[Description]
This is a Japanese-made reproduction part designed as a direct replacement for the discontinued OEM part (82393600).
The fuel pump support (cushion / rubber mount / bush) is constantly submerged in fuel during use, making it prone to hardening, cracking, and deterioration over time. This product uses HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), which offers excellent resistance to modern premium unleaded fuels.
This part is designed for use with E5 or lower ethanol-blend fuel (standard premium unleaded in Japan, most of Europe, Middle East, and Australia).
Not recommended for E10 fuel environments (common in the United States and some parts of Europe), as prolonged exposure to higher ethanol concentrations may cause swelling or degradation of the rubber over time.
[Installation Notes]
・A small amount of silicone grease is applied at the time of shipment to assist with installation.
[Important Notes]
・Not compatible with 60mm diameter fuel pumps.
・Can also be used when replacing with a 50mm / 52mm type pump.
