[Description] This is a genuine Maserati timing variator for the exhaust side, supplied as a set with the cam bolt and seal.
The timing variator controls camshaft phase (valve timing). When it deteriorates or fails, it can cause rattling or knocking noises from the cam area at engine start-up, rough idling, or general engine misfires. Replacing with a genuine OEM part restores correct valve timing and engine performance.
We recommend replacing the intake side variator (M0052) at the same time for a complete repair.
