[Description] This is a Japanese-made reproduction part designed as a direct replacement for the discontinued OEM part (153188).
The fuel pump support (gasket/rubber mount) holds and cushions the pump in place while remaining fully submerged in fuel at all times. Over time, the original rubber hardens, cracks, or disintegrates due to fuel exposure and age. This reproduction uses HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), a high-performance compound with excellent resistance to modern premium unleaded fuel, heat, and vibration — ensuring long-lasting durability.
