Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw
from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving
any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at
importparts@italycar.jp before returning the item.
Return shipping costs for withdrawal requests are the responsibility
of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Note: This right does not apply to parts that have been installed or used.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the
return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Please provide photos and, for electronic parts, a diagnostic report
from a qualified mechanic
3. Return Conditions
Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:
- Parts that have been installed or used
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Items returned without prior contact
- Compatibility issues due to failure to verify fitment before purchase
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
(except EU withdrawal rights above)
4. Fitment Verification
Ferrari and Maserati parts vary by model year and chassis number.

5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and
inspecting the returned item, via the original payment method.
6. Liability
We are not liable for labor costs, fluids, or consequential damages
arising from a part defect. Our liability is limited to the purchase
price of the item.
